About the Role

As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll be the bridge between THWorks' engineering capabilities and the businesses that need them. You'll work directly with founders to generate leads, qualify opportunities, support sales conversations, and build brand presence through both digital and on-ground efforts. This is a rare opportunity to shape go-to-market from the ground up at a fast-growing AI and Web3 engineering studio.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across AI, Web3, and enterprise software segments.

  • Build and nurture relationships with founders, CTOs, and decision-makers at target companies.

  • Support the founding team during sales conversations — prepare briefs, demos, and proposals.

  • Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and industry communities.

  • Coordinate brand presence at local tech events, hackathons, and founder meetups in Bangalore.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene, track pipeline velocity, and report weekly on conversion metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can explain technical work to non-technical buyers.

  • Self-starter mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and building process from scratch.

  • Genuine curiosity about AI, blockchain, and emerging software — you can have a 10-minute conversation about either without faking it.

  • Organized and metrics-driven — you track everything and follow through.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or tech services sales (internships count).

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar outbound tooling.

  • Existing network in the Bangalore startup ecosystem.
